Why Scared So What Built an MVP
After creating the research behind their personal change model, they realised that taking their idea and business to the next level would not be possible without an app MVP – here are the top 3 reasons they chose to build their app.
Before the app, the idea only existed as a spreadsheet, which can be clunky, is not user friendly and ultimately will never be marketable.
Selling their product was both extremely hard to track and manage on a client and licence basis - creating an easily manageable product per client plus free version for individuals was required for success.
Storing potentially sensitive user data is not the exciting part about any business, but it is essential that you get it right from the very start - the initial systems in place would never have allowed Scared So What to scale.
MVP of the Month
Scared So What is an academically-backed personal change model that enables people to deal with challenging work and personal situations, by helping them understand how they feel about a change and then easily creating a plan to best address that change.
